As our meeting point depends on wind and tide conditions, we confirm meeting and starting time by phone or individual message.

What we provide
1.5 hours water time
short safety briefing and if necessary an introduction to SUP techniques
1 hour Yoga class
0.5 hour introduction to SUP
guidance and accompaniment by a SUP Yoga instructor and SUP instructor at all times on the beach and on the water
highest standard of NAISH SUP equipment
life jacket and rash vest
transport back to departure point, if necessary due to wind or current
